For every euro spent, you earn 1 loyalty point.
Points are calculated only on the amount of the products after any discounts have been applied, and excluding shipping costs.

Once logged into your account, you can view your points and rewards in the section « My rewards »

You can convert your points into coupons to receive a discount: 200 points = 5 €.

The exchange is done directly from your account, in the section « My rewards ».

Please note that once a point has been converted into a discount code, this action is definitive and cannot be canceled.

Loyalty points do not expire. But once converted into reduction codes, they stay valid for one year from the date of conversion.

You can view your discount codes and their expiration dates at any time in your account.

Once your points have been converted into a coupon, you can use it directly from your account by clicking on « Use the coupon ». The discount will be automatically applied to your cart.

You can also copy the code and add it manually, either in the box on the shopping cart page or when validating your order. Once entered and confirmed, the discount will be calculated automatically.

Want to save your coupon for later? Click on « Remove » to remove it from your cart and use it on a future order.

Please note: only one code can be used per order; they cannot be combined.

If an order is canceled, fails, or is refunded, the loyalty points earned from that order will be automatically canceled.
For a partial refund, only the points corresponding to the refunded items will be removed from your account.

For example, if you cancel an order entirely after placing it, all points earned on that order will be removed.
