According to current legislation, customers living in the European Union have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to use their right of withdrawal.
How's it working? Once this form is submitted, your request will not be automatically approved. Your request will be reviewed manually (to verify compliance with the deadline, the nature and condition of the products, etc.).
To facilitate this verification and confirm the eligibility of the return, photos of the products (showing that they are still intact and in their original packaging) should be attached to the form below.

Return conditions and legal exclusions:
For returns to be accepted, products are required to be returned in perfect condition, unused, and complete, in their original packaging.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Custom or personalized items: All items made to your specifications or significantly customized (custom designs, specific dimensions, or projects created upon request).
Digital products and downloads: All digital content (such as PDF guides, e-books, or online courses) for which the download or access began after you agreed and expressly waived your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs and terms:
Return shipping costs: Once the order has been shipped, you are fully responsible for all costs associated with returning the products.
Responsibility of shipment: You are responsible for shipping returned products. To prevent any loss or damage during shipping, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping method (Colissimo, tracked letter, etc.). Any product lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded.
Return deadline: Once your eligibility request has been approved, you have up to 14 days to ship your items to the address that will be provided to you.
Refund policy:
Product depreciation: Any item returned incomplete, scratched, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a full refund. A discount may be applied following an inspection of the products’ condition, or the refund may be denied if the items are no longer suitable for resale.
Initial shipping costs: In the event of a full cancellation of the order, the initial shipping charges (one-way) will be refunded at the standard rate only. Any additional charges associated with an express or specific shipping method selected at the time of order remain your responsibility.
Refund deadline: The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from physical receipt and inspection of the condition of the products returned to the workshop. It will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
